You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Post sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content

  • Post content involving minors in any sexual context
  • Use automated tools to scrape or spam the platform
  • Attempt to bypass security or access controls
  • Post ads for commercial services, products, or scams

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant AdBackPage a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms. Accounts that repeatedly violate the rules may be suspended or permanently banned.

7. Safety Disclaimer

AdBackPage is a platform for connecting people. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, including when meeting in person. Always meet in public places and follow our safety guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdBackPage is provided "as is." We are not liable for user interactions, content posted by users, or damages arising from use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
